Cancellation Policy
Booking conditions: Guided tours offered by Riviera Is Yours can be booked online at www.rivieraisyours.com. Users can book their tickets by making a secure online payment via credit card or PayPal, or directly with the guide on the day of the tour. Tours are conducted with a minimum of 3 participants. Cancellation by the client: You can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the tour without penalty by contacting the guide by email at rivieraisyours@gmail.com or by phone at +33 6 19 90 00 08. If you cancel your tour after the 24-hour cancellation period, a refund cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation by our company: As most tours take place outdoors, they are weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather (these are precautionary measures for your safety) or for personal reasons beyond our control, the guide may not be able to conduct the tour (postponement or cancellation). We will then refund your online payment in full or offer you an alternative date, time, or guided tour.
